Kristyne Evanoski is the heart, hands, and creative mind behind Belles & Whistles Decor. Her love for creativity began back in 1992 while studying Elementary Education, where she discovered the joy of turning ideas into engaging, meaningful experiences. From lesson planning to hands-on creativity, she quickly learned that creating wasn’t just something she did—it was part of who she is.

In 2013, after navigating several medical challenges, Kristyne found comfort, inspiration, and renewed purpose in observing and learning from talented creators who used thoughtful, refined techniques to design for adults. What started as curiosity soon bloomed into a true passion. By 2020, she had fully embraced the art of creating and developed a deep appreciation for high-quality tools, beautiful materials, and the little details that bring a design to life.

Encouraged by the response to her work—and the many requests to purchase her designs or learn how to create them—Kristyne officially turned her passion into a business in 2022. In 2024, she dedicated herself fully to growing Belles & Whistles Decor, sharing inspiration, creativity, and knowledge with fellow decorators and makers along the way.
